01

Program purpose

Our text messaging program supports patient care and service conversations. It is designed for customer care, appointment reminders and conversational messaging—not promotional marketing.

02

Types of messages

If you consent to receive text messages, you may receive appointment reminders and confirmations, schedule changes, recall reminders, treatment follow-up, billing or payment notifications, and two-way customer-service conversations with our team.

Messages may include limited information needed to identify our office and help you manage your care. Please call us rather than text detailed or sensitive health information.

04

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your appointments, account activity and conversations with our office. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Schwartz Family Dentistry does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

05

STOP and HELP instructions

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call (518) 374-1935, or email rita@schwartzfamilydentistry.com.

If you later wish to resume texting, contact the office and provide new consent. Opting out of texts does not prevent us from contacting you by another method when permitted or required.

06

Privacy

No mobile information, text-message opt-in data or consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver and support the messaging service. Review our Privacy Policy for more information.

07

Delivery, availability and emergencies

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not monitored continuously and is not appropriate for emergencies. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For an urgent dental concern, call our office and follow the recorded instructions if we are closed.
